This just in!

Rain started off around 10pm last night. Got home, feeling like its another "good-to-sleep" night. Cozy in the comforter.

About 530AM in the morning, woke up with the snooze beside me. Went back to sleep for another hour. Woke up and felt something wrong.

After taking my breakfast, my mom told me the drain wasn't able to flow properly. As the effect of it, the water level began to increase. Car porch wasn't exclude as well.

Gosh, this was terrible. Couldn't imagine how heavy the rain going to be and worst of all when will it stop raining.

Gushing out my car into the main road hoping things wasn't that bad.

It was, however horrible views. Everywhere flood...

Jalan Laksamana, Jalan Matang, Jalan Batu Lintang, BDC, etc...

Thinking that the rain would not cease at that moment, was concerning about the house got flooded. Mom is at home alone saving our assets at home.

Make a firmed decision to go back home.

Took me almost an hour and a half to make it back home safely.

The famous Batu Lintang School got flooded. Good luck with the King tide this weekend.

Even the Shell station was treated evenly with the taste of flood.

Was driving carefully and pray everything will be ok.

And worst of all, I was stuck in traffic jam for almost 2 hours. To make it worst, Stomachache!!!!!

I'm glad that I made it home safely.

Be safe and drive safe. Remember your love ones at home.

Yeah, I know it's late but better late than Never you know.

So everyone is writing about their resolution and what to expect of 2012, end of the world maybe, according to the Mayan's Calender (21 Dec, 2012), we will see about that...

Well, I'm not actually a big fan of long and lengthy blog writer, neither I'm those kind who likes to complain about stuffs which are not perfect, I do however enjoy every bits of life that surrounds us now.

*Stupid ants crawling on my screen. Pinch you. There, enjoy the flatness.

Resolution? Tell me about it. I'm like contemplating about all the stuffs I wish to do and procrastinate most of them.

So my new year's resolution is to fulfill my last year's resolution. My last year resolution was to fulfill my last last year's resolution. imagine x times last year resolution will keep you thinking what the heck are you talking about.

Beats me.

Chinese New Year is just around the corner. What have I to prepare for? Cooking again of course. Boring!

Should have just crash some party and make it epic!

Man! What a start of 2012!

Start work and everything is moody! How to achieve positive attitude + aptitude?!?!?!

Ok, enough with the babbling. I'm tired, tired and tired of working hard with these people. When time comes, something's gonna switch. Be it good or not, I have the special abilities to tie you up with my eyes.

Yo! I'm back! Somehow... I owe someone this post. It's better be late than nothing.

Alright! 2 weeks ago, I attended the launching of the new Switch Premium Reseller Store in Spring. As a guess blogger, I got the chance to take thousands of photos and be the people who participate the events organized and ask thousands of questions, literally as many as possible.

Well, the launching of the new store got me wondering, would people in Kuching started to be more and more Hi-tech in terms of technology while maintaining this monotonous life? I mean, my friends have been telling about how Kuching is slow in traffic, how they drive, how they reacted to events and how boring can it be, but, but, technologically wise!

Yeah you hear me. Technologically wise. People in Kuching start bringing out iPads, running with iPods and doing business with iPhones. Well, nowadays, people who are using android phone now are tempted to switch to Apple products. Even from laptops, we can see many people using Mac in all the free Wifi places.

Memories were made and kept throughout our life for sharing and reminiscence.

Reminisce the happiest moment of my life isn't that hard. The only place I would want to go back is the States.

It was really an experienced for all and it was the happiest Moment of my life.

Some of you might know that my trip was purely towards the commitment to my work now.

Departing Singapore, reached Narita, Tokyo for transit to San Francisco, transit again to Chicago Illinois, and my last destination was Lambert Airport in St Louis Missouri. The whole trip took me about 24 hours to reached my final destination, Katy's Trail Apartment in St Peter.

The longest journey of my lifetime, but it was all worth.

Visited some of the famous places like, Red Lobster and St Louis Mills.

Had our First US base Raya Celebration.

Had fun during the Mid Autumn Festival with colleagues.

Travel along with Optimus Prime.

Rolling along with more big tyres.

Had fun doing the all time American BBQ in one of our colleagues place.

First and the last time watching WWF (have no idea why the gal is holding an exercise ball).

Downtown St Peter to celebrate St Patrick's Day.

Watch the most amazing hot air balloon chasing the Duracell Battery Rabbit!

Rode the most spectacular Roller Coaster for twice of total 13 coasters!

Hugged Tweety bird...

Amazingly, though this is not the Eiffel Tower, I've been to one of the most famous, St Louis Arch!

The all time American favorite BBQ Ribs, hey! It's Texas Style!

Memphis Tennessee, where you get Jack Daniel and Beale Street where all the blue and Jazz are very much alive at night!

Visited Elvis Presley!

Had a wonderful time visiting all the vineyard in fall season!

- Taiwan Day 1 -

It's been 2 weeks since Taiwan bag packing trip. It was a fun and exciting trip, yet a memorable one for the first time who somehow travel alone. Ha! Yeah...

Well, KCH-KL trip was terrible. Weather was terrible in KLIA whereby the plane need to make a detour to JB for refueling. Yes! Refueling. Took me 4 hours to reach KL and it was a bad start for travel. Blame it on the weather. Ha!

Anyway, things always gets better the next. Arriving LCCT next morning around 8AM. Had McD for breakfast.

The flight was smooth. Nothing beat the crap out of the first time travel back packing. I wasn't thinking of any fancy hotel. Budget tight you know.

The food was good, not really into airplane food. Kung Pao Chicken Rice. At least it fills my stomach.

Right after that, we discussed and put together all the places and schedule for Taipei's trip.

See how hardworking he is? Hehe... Go Matt! Go! Taiwan! Taiwan! and then I was like Zzzzzzzz.... lol~

The journey took us four and a half hours. We arrived Taoyuan International Airport.

HELLO TAIWAN!!!! We reached Taipei around 5PM. Kinda late and I'm suppose to find the location of my hostel! Turns out to be a neat and awesome stayed! See the next post on the the Flip Flop Hostel!

Apparently, all Taiwanese are using scooter.

After washing up a little, I'm off to Shilin Night Market. The first night market of the day. See, we plan to hit all the night market in Taipei for 5 nights, and I can't do it at the end.

Got to eat the original chicken meat - huge one. Ha!

Took my half hour to finish the whole chicken meat. Love it!

Other stalls...

Love these as well. Typically tried all.

See how humongous the sausages can be, bigger than what we have here in Malaysia. Hardly find anything here like this.

See how long is the queue after half hours. After walking for another hour, the queue never finishes. Quite surprise.

I was anticipating on going to Taiwan but first transiting to KL.

It was half day of work today and quickly finish off my work, had my quick lunch and head to KIA.

What you do expect from airasia is that, well, if its not the problem with the plane, it's the schedule problem, and this time, my flight is schedule one hour later from 3pm.

All of us got onto the plane and I was having my late tea. At around 630pm, the pilot announce that the bad weather has caused complication for the plane to make landing in LCCT. Additionally, he also announce that the plane has insufficient fuel. That was when decision were made to change course and land in JB to refuel!

All of the passengers were frustrating and even I could not take the situation promptly. Until now, I was so exhausted by the way the pilot making decision on putting everyone behind schedule. On top of that, there was no action taken to reduce passenger's frustration on this.

I was frustrating as well. To not make things worst, I started to doze off without realizing the flight arrived the airport safely. The main cause of the delayed is due to the weather condition in KL, causing congestion of the air traffic in the airport.

It was one of those horrible fight you cannot imagine. Again, to mention that flying from KCH to KL took more than 4 hours and the airasia employee did nothing.

Make sense about what I talked about?

What an experienced that I had... Flipping though the old album of all the photos taken.

Nostalgic indeed. Given a chance, I would definitely go back to the states. No business trip but for personal reason.

Yesh! I haven been updating this blog for a while. Guess I need to be punish "kao kao".

So what's up in August?

I had a short trip early August to Singapore! Yay!!! Finally, of all the transit I have been since last year and early this year, I have yearn to go back to Singapore to explore the uniqueness of its tranquility and people there.

My first impression when I reach Singapore? I LOVE Singapore!

My first night at Hard Rock Singapore Reminiscence the memory of having to eat the best western so far!

Second day was at Marina Sands Bay! Love the view especially if I can take a good shot on every location situated strategically of all the panoramic view. I would love to come back here and take a great photos next time.

Seriously, this trip was the best so far. Staying in Saff Boutique Hotel in Chinatown was an easy access to all the convenient public transportation, i.e. cab, train, even walking! Love the conducive yet easy access train station in Singapore! you cannot imagine, like if you want to go Vivo city, you just have to follow the correct route, jumping from one train to the other, walking distance, and walla~ big shopping mall.

Third day was in Orchard Road. The whole stretch of road is shopping heaven. For those who loooooveeee to shop, Prada, LV, Channel, Burberry, etc, you name it. all the brands except Abercrombie and Fitch! It was situated in Knightsbridge shopping mall~ and guess what, the whole purpose of going to Singapore is to get into A&F! What the heck! It's not even open yet. Me being despair and sad face would have to come back to Singapore for another rain check for A&F.

Night time was heading to the Singapore Flyers. Magnificent, amazing, and spectacular view from on top for Singapore night view. Again, I LOVE SINGAPORE!

Third day morning, had a quicky breakfast at one of the hawker stall for porridge. It was good. Not great!

Overall, I would like to go back to Singapore. More photos next time and best of all, A&F!!!!!

Anyway, August is all about Kuching Festival - All about food, food and more food to come.

Towards the end of August is our so call "National Day". Citizens of Malaysia, would you still do not understand what is the meaning of National Day? Let me remind you that 31st of August, 1957 is Malaya, I repeat, Malaya gained their independence, and not include Sabah and Sawarak. Then on in 1963, 16 of September, Malaysia was formed and S&S joined to gained the real "National Day". So why are we still celebrating National Day on 31st Aug instead on 16th of Sept? It wasn't fair for Malaysia Day to be declare only this year, 54 Years Later!

Nothing to argue here except awaiting for the next general election. Hope the government get erected before they get re-elected.

Kudos for Malaysia Day Next month and thumbs down to National Day. Am only patriotic towards the formation of Federation of Malaysia and not Malaya!

It's traffic lights.. Hold your horse... can't you see the obvious facts in front of you...

Yes. Sometimes it's about the thing we thought we knew, but we pretend not to know about it.

On the road, traffic lights simply means obey the rules.

Red means Stop!!! Hault!!! Don't drive anymore...

Orange means Prepare to slow down you vehicles...

And green simply means it is safe to drive ahead.

For most of the road user I see in Kuching,

Green simply means your turn to drive ahead, drive slow...

Orange means Prepare to speed up!!!!!

And when it start to turn to red, Speed up you idiot!

Bang! The next thing you know, you might end up in a white place.

Drive safe!

I just couldn't take it anymore.

It was a day after I landed and the night was suppose to be exhausted.

Back then it was like in real life.

The trees, the birds chirping, the car squealing (i think).. The woman talk so loud...

And then, I saw you again...

Half a decade ago, it was at the same spot I looked at you.

And then all of the sudden, the view change...

It was Last month, end of December.

You told me you came back, and then I was invited to the Holy Matrimony of your other look alike.

It was grant... and then I saw the smile again.

Camera was clicking all over the preparation.

The church bells rang couple of times.

The lovely dinner that have been the best.

And I looked at you for the last time... imminently stabilize myself of being that person again...

And it stops abruptly!

Damn that Alarm clock of mind! It's 7AM and I'm late....

Odd...

Looking at the time on the alarm set by my iPhone, 2AM.

Great! Just great. Converting to Malaysia time is about 3PM in the afternoon. I wonder how hot can it be now in Kuching.

Abruptly woke up from the 3 hours sleep. Make me cranky. Got up and look out from the window.

“Expecting snow heavy snow and storm tomorrow. School will be close and everywhere will be cover in snow.”

It was snowing outside of course. Concerned on the situation and start preparing and put on my last touch up on my luggage.

3AM.

Automatic morning call from the hotel. Quickly head to the reception to make my payment.

Saw a white van pull into the driveway of the hotel lobby.

Went in and the driver pull out from to the airport.

Half an hour later, I was waiting in the airport to check-in. The counter will not be open until 5AM.

“Excuse me, can I check in here?”

“Yes, you may. Can I have your Passport?”

“Here you go.”

“Ah, you flying to Chicago?”

“Yes, Mdm.”

“Sorry to tell you that your flight has been cancel.”

“What?!?!”

“And your flight has been reschedule to 855AM in Boston airport.”

“Boston airport? How long would it take from here?”

“An hour or so. Depending on the weather considering the weather out there, you might have the chance.”

“How do I get there?”

“You can walk to the end of the building and you can see an entrance. Opposite the entrance is a waiting spot for Flight Line, a white van which can take you there.”

“Alright, sounds good. But I need to take my luggage there as well?”

“Yes you have to. And let me help you to print your boarding pass first and it is convenient when you reach the airport. You will only have to check in your luggage.”

“Sounds Great!”

Moments Later…

“Here you go. Enjoy your fly”

“Thank you. Have a nice day”

End up took me 2 hours to reach Logan Airport in Boston.

Quickly paid cash + tips to the driver and pull myself together and rush to the check in counter.

“I’m sorry sir, you can’t make it in time for the flight. It’s 10 minutes to departure time. They won’t let you in.”

Shoot! How close can it be.

“Terrible indeed.”

“Can I have your passport?”

Hand out my passport together with my boarding pass.

“Is there any way you can help me to reschedule this flight to Chicago? I’m on a connecting flight to Singapore.”

“I see your situation here but let me check”

Seconds later…

“There will be no flights out to Chicago at the moment, but I can reschedule another flight for you – fly to Washington, to Narita and Singapore”

“An alternative route? Wait! Is there any cost incur on me for the fly re-route?”

“No, there won’t be.”

“Sounds Great. I’ll take it”

Have no choice at this time around. I need to get back to Kuching whatever it takes. Look at the time. 10 minutes to boarding time.

“Can you help me to Check my luggage to my final destination?”

“Malaysian Airlines? Sorry, I cannot do that. I can only check until Singapore.”

What!?!?! I do not have time to argue with you whether you can help to check to my final destination. If I insists, the plane will be board and I will potential miss another flight.

“It’s ok then. I will retrieve my luggage in Singapore. Thank you for the boarding pass and the rearrangement. Have a nice day”

“Have a nice day and enjoy your flight too”

Quickly, I push myself towards Gate 15. Got through the security check easily.

Great! Just what I need Gate 4? I got 11 more gates to run to.

This is what I’m afraid of. After arguing with the lady just now, I’m sure I’ll miss my flight.

As I make myself towards Gate 15, just in time for me to board the plane.

Took the De-Ice Truck to clean all the snow on the plane for half hour.

And then another long hour flight back to Singapore, connecting from Washington through Narita.

Sunday 23^rd January, 2011 Morning 1230AM

Came out from the Arrival hall and try to locate information counter.

Nobody was sitting there.

Saw a phone and call the information personnel.

“Hello, information counter. How may I help you?”

“Hello, my name is Mr Chung here. I would like to ask you about luggage information.”

“Go on.”

“I have just flew in from US and only checked my luggage till Singapore. Would it be possible if I leave my luggage outside, and claim it later on in the afternoon as I will be connecting flight to Kuching?”

“It is possible sir. If you do not clear the custom and claim your luggage, your luggage will be automatically put into lost and found room. Can you go to the counter near you and ask for more get more information?”

“Thank you”

Hang up the phone and went to the Singapore Airlines counter.

Same explanation from the ladies on the other side.

“Yes you can leave your luggage behind and claim it tomorrow when you get your boarding pass after check into the Malaysia Airlines counter.”

“That’s Great. Good Night”

Exhausted by the flight and all the massacre of conversation.

Checked in to the Transit Hotel in Terminal 2 and went to bed.

Next Day, when I got into the luggage conveyor, I was stunt that my luggage wasn’t on it.

I froze…

Panic!

- One Week -

One week. Exactly One Week! I'm will not be wearing this shoes for one week for the mean time.

It will be very hefty after coming back I guess. Hope I will not bump up my weight when I'm traveling next week.

Anyway, I'm be out of town for a week. Coming back on next Sunday.

There's no where you can contact me anymore.... Hmmm sounds like I'm not coming back. Haha~

Don't give me long lists as I'm not going to buy stuffs. Probably drop by some of the connecting flights.

Right. I'm going to pack myself up and I'll see you guys in a week time.

Seems like nobody making an effort to guess where am I in the RPM mode. Haha~

I told you guys that you'll be getting something if you guess it correct. Hmmm~ okay, here's the deal. I'll will post up the price before the due date~ Fair enough?

Happy New Year Everybody!

It was not what I have expected for my start of the New Year, but will do.

First of All, Wishing all People who reads this A Blessed and Prosperous New Year and Good Health ahead.

First thing first, my eve of the new year was Wet! Yeah! Wet! Not that I would do anything purposely to wet myself. Aha~ stop putting dirty things into your own mind. Alright?

Anyway, it's the new year's eve countdown in MJC. Lots of singer came in just to see us carrying an umbrella and wet ourself. And they all would be saying " Is the rain stops already?" or "I think the rain stops after 林宇中came out and sing"... Right.. To be honest, it wasn't fun at all. Another different taste of new year I suppose.

Compare to last year, which I was drunk and vomited! I do not even remember whether I slept in the car! yeah I suppose I did... It's another different New Year's Experience.

Compare to my last last year~ I was drunk too...

Let me say, I was drunk for like consecutively couple of years and then become wet! Cold isn't it?

Anyway, my first day of New Year started off with lots of fun doing combat in tHe Spring! shopping mall. As a matter of fact, it was the relaunch of the new combat moves. Russian moves, Bird or eagle or rather ratter snake... beats me.. Alright, overall it's great and I did Pump later. It was combo and certainly tiring after halfway through pump. Luckily I was pushing hard not to embarrass the whole people was looking at us from behind =P

Second day was with RPM and Combat till the end. We put lots of effort on it and it was a success...

Congrats to the Level Up Fitness Instructor, Babara, Justina, Johnston and Wilson and Ahem! To Kenny Sia as well for this awesome and wonderful events.

I did not in any chance or have no whatsoever intention of regretting joining the events.

Probably I need to put some more effort on the RPM and imagine more on Mount Kinabalu.

Once again, KUDOS! to all and have a Wonderful New year to come.

Anyway, I have been addicted to Ocarina's Smule. An instrument finally I can download for free in the Apple Apps. It's a new instrument for me. Catch up pretty fast and I need to learn how to control my finger well.

Yet, another Christmas post from me. It's been one month since I have touched down onto the Land of Hornbil again. I have the weirdest feeling ever after 3 months of no Kolok mee and Laksa. It's a 3 months of huge plates of burgers, spaghetti, and lots of meat~ literally...

Christmas is just around the corner. As of today, I'm down with flu and the cough in the throat is killing me. People would start commenting that I need to get use to the weather once more in the tropical country. Yet, it is the fact that I sort of like the dry weather and the people in states. I can say, that is was difference experience in the stage of my life.

How people are described in CSI, Supernatural, Halloween and every Thanksgiving in english movies, are true story and I had experienced all that in just a split seconds. People will start asking,

do they really have those beautiful and perfect home,

where they can put their car in front of the porch,

dogs running around with their beautiful owner,

people jogging in the afternoon, people say "Hi! How you doing?" when they pass by,

people start offering help when it was needed,

and the beautiful city of Chicago...

These are quite an experienced I had, and I start to engrave my name of every little things I can think of in this post. No matter how long would a suffering 20 hours flight throughout the journey, I was more optimistic than conservative when before the day I left St Louis, Missouri.

The summer ends with a very yearning starts of Fall season. Everyone starts to dress up quite the seasonal fashion. Scarf was one of the apparel that protects me from the cool windy Fall.

The Beale Street in Memphis Tennessee, was one of the famous street with blue and jazz. Pig with an Attitude brings the best pork ribs ever. One thing I love about the meat is that u can just lift up the ribs, shove it into your mouth and wah la~ The bone can easily be extracted out from your mouth. Slurp~

Alright, it's just breathless if I want to describe more. Anyway, Christmas Tree; Checked; Decorations; Checked; Lights up; Checked; Coughing; Unchecked; Christmas menu; In progress; Christmas songs; Checked; and Christmas feel; Checked...

How wonderful my favorite day of the year. Christmas, is just 6 days away. Let us all join in and sing

It's been a heck of days and weeks, 2 months plus since I came to US for work related training. Been to Memphis, Tennessee; Chicago, Illinois; New Hampshire and I will be traveling again next Week, actually it's this coming Saturday to Berching, Germany. Small town I guess. Haven update this blog for quite a while. Been real busy with work and preparing for documents.

Well, things work fine for me here. I kinda like it here, for now, but if I were to extend this training / working, I'll be somewhat happy about it. On the other hand, I would want to go back home...

Been shopping like crazy somehow too.. = P

The best is still our My home back in Kuching...

Till then, I hope to see you guys back in Kuching, Next month...

Nah... Guess again....

Okay, Give me a break now. I don't want to keep dragging on.

It was my first time using the microwave to bake the potatoes.

Guess what? I burned those potatoes and it become crispy till cannot recognize and.... guess what??!?!?! The potatoes was in fire!!!!

I'm not lying! I was like OMG!! when I was having my dinner on the coffee table with the TV on. Suddenly my housemate was like, did you smell that? OH SHIT!!!! when I opened the microwave, the smoke was pouring out like no body business and all the quarter of potatoes was literary on fire. Worst of all, it triggers the fire alarm. You know the house in US, when you trigger the alarm, the fire department will be trigger on there's a fire somewhere. Very efficient.

I was so "Kam Chiong" and there goes my dinner. Thought the fire fighter was coming as we heard the siren. After waiting for 15 minutes or so... No one came or at least there's passerby asking ask whether it's the fire alarm.

Guess what they said?

"Don't worry, it happens all the time here."

WHAT!?!?!?!

This will be my first time going overseas traveling. I mean literally traveling very far this time. Been doing critical and fast preparation, e.g. going to KL to do my working visa in US Embassy, buy a big luggage, buy more food, etc. Basically, I don't know what to expect. Just follow the checklist above will do, I guess.

Aside from all those rush hour feeling, I'm getting more excited and nervous about this trip, especially I have not start folding all my clothes into the big luggage yet~ Yiks!!!

I'm going off to US soon. There, now everyone knows. Purpose: for training and its part of the job requirement. Anyway, it will be a good experience and this will be the furthest I'll be travel and guess what, I think my time will be lag for 11 hours at least. So, Whenever you guys are sleeping, I'll be working my ass off in the morning.

Oh ya, do look for me If you happened to go to the same place too...

Missouri, I have not ready yet... How le~??

It was hard to imagine that Air Asia Flight always delay. Stranded while not doing anything wise. Hoping that the time pass by fast. It was always hard to leave and going into the departure hall knowing that you are going back to face the reality.

Knowing that this will not be the end, pondering for the last 5 days, 4 nights have been very fruitful and enjoyable.

I will miss all the fun together,

For the past one week, I've been eating, eating and eating none stop. Honestly, I do not know how much I've gain from the food I've ate. Needless to say, Food is part of life's enjoyment.

Today indicate the last day of July and the start of August tomorrow. An indication for another food festival in Kuching. Yesh! Kuching Festival Comes around in August every year. No doubt after coming back from my Uni life, I've attended Kuching festival almost every year. Well, almost...

Food varies from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and most of them are local delicacies. If you have not try the "Sio Bee", try the fried sio bee. It was one of the recommended local dishes. Try Ayam Pansuh too. More photos here.

Enough with food. I can't stand it anymore... Laugh my head out~ Anyway, It's been a while I've been traveling around, especially overseas. This time around I'll be traveling much further than I can imagine. It's a good opportunity for everyone, especially me.

So I was texting someone today and hope I would have an answer in just a while. Seems that there's no reply after that.

"Sense of urgency"... How often do you hear this words? Your workplace? your home? when someone talking to you? or when you are in an emergency situation?

I have the sense of urgency when it cames to work, home and even when I'm dealing some issues with friends. Why is it so important? To avoid any inconvenient of course. I can become very frustrated if the things i'm gonna do is urgent and needed response as soon as possible.

Evetually, leading me to become paranoid! I would go nuts and start to hammer people around me, sensing that they are not doing the right thing. Maybe I've been train to urge that when it comes to urgent situation, I would have to settle it whether or not it is important.

Am I being Paranoid?

That's the question I'm asking myself...

The weather these days have one word to describe it - Weird. It was shinny in the morning... Damn hot and heats up in the afternoon. Eventually, the rain drizzle like nobody business.

If it wasn't dehydrated, it will be hot in the cold weather. I'm adjusting to this horrible weather days for now. I guess everyone does. The worst part about this weather is getting sick. Already two days, I'm sicken by this ambiguous yet stubborn weather. I couldn't understand why the weather change so drastic these days. It just so happened I have been working hard, pushing myself too hard on something which I could not do myself. That's the culture I presume. Shame and naive. I need to recover. No matter what it takes, I won't give myself a hard time again this week.

Alright, it seems that I have divert myself out from the post's topic. World cup eh... Friends was asking, who do you support? Let me see... Japan, I was saying because the last world cup I actually remember Japan is the strongest team so far in Asia team, not to mention that North and South Korea are joining the World Cup this year. I'm not sure about other team. Germany maybe. Because I didn't watch. The only I will watch is the towards the Quarter, Semi, and the Final which is next month. Call me Kaki Bangku... or not because I know how to play soccer, just don't like watching people kicking a ball around the field.

Two weeks since the state of art declare that I'm bald,

Two weeks since the views of people are pilling up like mad,

Two weeks since I have regain and get use to my bald routine,

Two weeks people have been awkwardly surprise and being sarcastic about the baldness,

Two weeks since I lost the will for the first time while having lots of patience..

Don't get me? or Zzzzz.... Not a problem. I felt that myself too. I mean at least it doesn't affect those still normal people who can comb their hair and gel their hair, also wash their hair everyday. Strictly saying that I violated my typical routine I was on while living my 25 years of life. For the first time in my life, it was horrible to feel that Criticism was very intense people tend to smile when you are at the stage of being ignoring.

My manager did told me that stress can be relief in a good manner. Such stress on the top of my head is nothing compare to the room that full of fire, where oil kept adding to erupt a volcano. Yes. Third day of being bald. Steadily awake every day. Knowing That I will face another day with my head being bald. To be honest, Life seemingly have been different after I get my head shave.

Children with cancer definitely have a tough life after going through all those Chemotherapy. Painful process and the end results would be the lost of hair. Noted and Understood now how it was being portray on those volunteers who support in shaving their hair as part of the events aside from collecting donation to support the society.

The first day at work was having lots of hesitation. Yes, haven you heard about it? I was hesitate on going to work as lots of prediction of comments comes into my mind. It was obvious and noticeable when I first step into my working place. Everyone was looking at me. With weird looks, surprise looks, some gave good comments and some, sarcastic, evil, funny and LOL! looks.

Honestly, I could not take it. Not a person who appreciate it as much as they can remember what was the purpose of doing so... Here's my reply for them.

"Malaysia Loose in either Thomas or Ueber Cup"!!!

"BN loose big time in Sibu election to PKR"!!!

"Next Friday is Wesak Day, I was preparing for meditating".

"I just came back from Shoulin Temple".

"I was doing the Britney Spears being bald thingy"

So on and So forth....

It was a lot to take at first. But things turn differently for me. I had my daily routine change.. totally. I am no more using shampoo, no clay on my hair.. and of course, my head dries easily.

And it hits me with the things I have been doing for these months. Knowing that it was all for the wrong reason. I have told myself, it's the same thing that happened to me in less than 6 months. Why won't you just leave it as it is? You know it will end badly and You still want to act like nothing happened?

As for me, being bald is something new again for me to experience after 25 years of living this life through the fullest. I would bear for the things that I can still bear. But things I cannot bear, the earlier you let go, the better the future events would it be. Be not regret but regain strength to face the world again. The world is big and Life doesn't necessary treat you as bad as you can imagine. Things will turn around as the symbol Ying and Yang tells you about it.

Will expect another day full of crappy comments and well, surprises.

The thing is that, I had never thought of getting bald one day...

It was a decision to make. Two weeks before, I've heard about it, I've seen these people getting bald last year. It was tremendously shocking. I mean at least it's not my head that got shave.

What if it is?

Being a Quarter Century Years old dude, I have never done such extreme event before. And now, It's time to reveal that I'm Getting bald. This event is organize in such to create the awareness of how does the cancer patient, here we talk about the children, who had gone through chemotherapy, loosing their hair would be a devastation for them. As for me, it's all for the good cause. Donations card had been made and No Turning back.

406 - That's my number for queuing before my turn to get bald. Seeing how people are anticipate getting bald to support the Sarawak Children Cancer Society, I was nervous at heart my excited at my appearance. Oh well, I mean I kept telling myself this is for the good cause. And then it was my turn.

I was put to the most front chair where that's consider the "first class" for any person who want to support the event for getting bald. Sitting in the front chair pump my heart faster. It was like cutting... Let me rephrase, Shaving your hair on the stage.

Me: Wait!!!!! Er.... Goodbye hair...

Yes. This is my first product review on one of my gadget. So you know that, I'm not so a Tech guy myself but I will try to recommend good stuffs though.

Alright, without any delay, The Kingston Technology 19 in 1 Media Reader is a very useful item where you can use it anyway, with computer of course.

The packaging is typically simple and very well seal tight with the Quality Seal. It comes together with a 3 feet USB cable just in case, the CPU is not reachable.

The Main slot is inside the casing, where you need to slide the middle Kingston logo to unload the multiple reader.

Well, actually this is a good item for me as I don't need to use my phone cable to reach my photos from tomorrow onwards. Troublesome somehow. Anyway, I'm not selling this item, only making some recommendations to all. Bought this in the PIKOM PC fair in KLCC for RM 48 ONLY. Of course, user friendly or else I wouldn't give a Damn about it. Haha...

SMS (5 sen (D2D) and 15sen (D2O)), and free for digi customer if we call our colleague within the company. Other than that it's 15 sen/min. MMS and other rate are still the same.

Anyway, it was a decision to make finally that i found out that the Business plan that I've used does bring advantages to me in a way, yet but most of my colleagues are using Maxis, Hotlink and Celcom, and most of the time I'm using the company phone to call out. In case of emergency, I'll use my own number to call, in which there's some subsidize there. Anyway, the point is that, since i'm calling my colleagues for free, Digi classified me as "still tied" to the company. After checking, my business plan actually cease contract in December 2008. I have actually come up with, if it is so, then my bill will actually shoot up like gazzillion RM... which is not the case. Seemingly that's the case, Digi 50 offer more advantages in terms of Friends and family, points and other packages which is not included in the Digi Business plan.

Okay. I went to Digi Center, which i ask them to help me to convert back to postpaid. Seems like I'm getting lots of opinion from every side of the center. I was frustrated somehow with how they have different view in terms of switching back their plans. The last Digi employee, which i presume that she knows everything, telling me to ask my company to issue a letter to terminate my Business plan and switch back to Digi postpaid. After couple of days "Hu Ha" here and there, a Digi adviser called me up to confirm that I only need to pay my outstanding and Wala!. I can switch back to postpaid plan. NO letter is require for the plan switching.

Well, you see the whole process not only includes calling the Digi center over and over, not to mention how annoying I will sound whenever they ask me to do something which is unreasonable. To top that, I have called Digi Helpline to confirm the logic of my action. For a week, until yesterday, after my Medical checkup, I went straight to the Center again. After couple of "hu ha" again, they advice me that the switching will take around 24 hours maximum to complete the switching. Later last night, my SIM card was inactive and I was technologically fasting from calling, texting, mmsing and others.

FASTING! First time man! Anyway, I was so frustrated that I need to wait for another min 2 hours, praying and hoping that the process will be fast.

Nope. Up untill 19 hours to be exact, I was able to restart my phone and Wah la! The Digi Line is back. Weird, I was sure that I'll be having lots of notification on my "not sent" SMSs, with lots of miss called. And then it hit me. My friend called me up saying that I've change my Number. What !?!?!!?

What the heck is going on! I was so sure that this time, I'll hit them with lots and lots of Gummy bears in the mouth and ask them start talking.

After sometimes of another "hu ha", they feedback to me that there's some technical problems, asking me to restart my phone. There you go. I think I got everything settle. See how's the bill going to be now.

After all, Digi is always the smarter choice after all.. or is it?

I was flipping through and try to clean up my table. All of the sudden this ticket came up. It was at Actors Studio, Lot 10 where exposure was dramatically eluded from nowhere two months ago, and then I realize that we need to look into the bigger picture instead of grooving into our comfort zone.

What you see is not what you have will have to imagine. The image in the mirror is not as real as its seen. Try to focus on different angle and you will have a different perspective towards the view of sort.

Damn it. I knew this stupid karma thingy will bite me in the @ss. Yes. It's been a hell week for the pass days. Seeing my colleagues one by one fell sick and I am suppose to work with them 24/7. Right where it all started. Believe it or not, for the past two days, I barely speak a word. Not even a full sentence. I was trying to avoid conversation and do whatever is best. Yet, I cannot do it because there's a big event going on and I'm directly involve in it.

Say, what will you do if you lost your for more than 2 days now? I'm gonna just do texting and more texting...

Horrible. It started off after lunch on Friday, right after I ate the "Cha kueh tiaw". Not sure whether it's that piece of meal that makes my facial expression horrible now or something else.

Till now, I still tell my friends that I'm recovering thought I am no way to the recovery. I am, otherwise to be said that I wasn't taking enough rest. It was until then I realize that I work without any compensation. How so? Beats me. I do not want to tell.

Eating medicine nowadays is like popping illegal pills. It becomes a habit as my nostrils are becoming too sensitive towards dust, weather and other elements of life that can bring me to this stage. Serious, I'm on "Clarinase" almost every week. Is my antibody that week? Am I consider those people who will pop pills no matter what? or I really need to seek specialize advice on my condition.

I remember when I was younger, less than 10 years old. I always get sick and the point here is that popping pills into my mouth is equal to vomit out... Disgusting when I think back. My parents on the other hand will try their best to pop it into my mouth by using pressing the medicine in to powder form, plus milo usually, and ask me to swallow it no matter what. Talking about phobia, I'll like to talk about one of my earliest phobia when travelling.

Not to brag about all the sickness makes Ian a dull boy. People, weather change drastically, without any siren or signal. One day I would have knock my head and face down and not getting up anymore. Touch wood.

I hope i'm getting better soon to join the Earth Hour Next Saturday. Do beep me if you are in Kuching. Anyone!

It's Friday of course. I realize that time pass without my acknowledgement. Have been working none stop, getting frustrated with my sleeping disorder, routine exclamation and judgement that need to be reclaim.

Couple of times I have tell myself that comparing with the so call good friend of mind is not going to help nor does it, base on certain circumstances. It doesn't matter I think. A friend once told me that we all have our own problems in life whether it is family, friendship, relationship or even companionship.

Maintaining this life sux! big time. I heard that many people would have their own saying when it comes to lunch, dinner, supper and late night party. It's a preferences you see. Alright, still don't get me do you? Say, when we saw something peculiar or extremely interested in, we would just think about it a while, whether to get it or not. Like wise, not everyone would do the same thing. Especially dealing with such magnificent items which can cure your cancer or a simple disease called "flu".

On the contrary, nothing beats the heck out of the rating of the movie I'm going to watch. Predict that I'm organizing the worst movie outing again. Seriously, how many movies this year till now, have you rated the best so far! Boom Boom Pow after that?

Oh well, I'll be still walking through the soil of this world. Ending with lots of emptiness and time. Waste of time. Shoot! Can't I get something out of my mind so that I can really enjoying something I like to do? Seriously again, do you ever do something you like and be inspired by it? Longing and hoping that it would not end. A dream of yours, a goal that you would achieve in say 5 years, a loads that only weigh like a feather, and ....

Be not the one I am now.

I was going off from work around 8pm just now. As usual, dark parking lots with only 2 streets light.

Reach down my keys and ignites the car engine.

Remember that I have take away 4 pieces of bread sticks from Pizza Hut.

When I was about to reach for my first, I was divert into the car two parking lots away.

Looking curiously within the dark parking lots, It was my colleague.

Her head was down on the steering wheel.

Abruptly, stop my engines and walk out the door.

While walking towards the car, I saw her gripping hard on a tissue paper, probably wet.

Instantly, I knock on her car window and she wined down a quarter.

Asking meticulously on her situation at the moment, It was hard to extinguish the element of sadness.

Yet so humble and convincing.

Look upon the very sad face remind me of my younger days.

The wind whisper into my ears, knowing that I might be taking advantage of the cool yet comfortable reminiscence...

While bidding the last farewell for the day, it was consciously being deluded into the same stead.

Like wise, another dark hours is ending soon,

Won't be surprise if this is a nocturnal habit for some...

It was half day working in the plant 3 years ago today, Saturday of course. So far away, in the jungle with lots of plantation around...

Basically, this is what we are doing each and everyday for the 3 months back and for stay.

1. Woke up as early as 530am in the morning from Monday to Saturday.

2. First thing first. Brush my teeth and start squatting on the toilet bowl and felt asleep... lol~

3. After that, cold bath! Yeah, you can imagine, there's no water heater and the morning bath in the middle of no where is bloody freezing... It's good freshen my whole body.

4. 645am - My friend will start driving us to work.

5. 7am - Reach the plant. Clock in. Start unpacking our stuffs and off we go for our daily routine monitoring - so called internship in the plant.

6. 9am - Tea time!

7. 930am - Start studying and taking notes of the Plant Wide Process.

8. 12pm - Clock Out. LUNCH TIME! Go back home. Cook lunch - My friend will start chopping vegetables, while we take turns to cook rice everyday. For protein, we usually go for some fried stuffs or just normal meat that we can cook easily.

9. 1pm - Clock in. Back to Work. Usually our afternoon are sleepy afternoon. Honestly we felt asleep sometime. lol~ no one cares I guess. Only our supervisor didn't say anything.. This time around. usually we will have to go down to the plant to learn more of the processing methods and all the process from FFB to the crude oil. With all the process control intact, I believe our life in this line is not simple. A little mistake can bring the whole plant in jeopardy. In terms of servicing and maintaining the line, outsource servicing are require every period of time, say, every 3 months or unless in certain condition, in case of emergency, only the technician are able to troubleshoot all the issues. Still do not know what i'm doing? Didn't I told you already just now?

10. 430pm - Clock Out. Go back home. Resting. Our daily routine of "Cho Dai Ti" starts around 5pm after we had our afternoon tea break - there's an aunty selling kuih which is nice... Damn so seducing. Imagine we bought her curry puff and other kuih and she was so happy about it. Start with our card games. Basically, I think I mastered the game in 3 months time. Imagine for 3 months, we never fail to play cards everyday, except for Saturday of course.

11. 600pm - the sun set on the west soon. So what's for dinner. Home cook of course. 3 of us really have fun doing cooking every day without fail.

12. 730pm - After bath, we start to enjoy our dinner. Yum yum! Can't believe it's still fresh in my mind.

13. 8pm - Cho Dai Ti... Damn , there's one time I took four "Dis" and I loose it all... Wah! So embarrassing.

14. 930pm - Bedtime!

15. The rest of the day... Its all about daily routine.

Well, 3 years ago today, I still remember that I went back to Miri, as usual. Arrived around 4pm in the afternoon back to Senadin. Around 5pm, I'll be cycling around Lutong beach about 1 hour. Taking pictures here and there. Watching the sun set with my nostalgic bicycle. Ops... Can't find it... Looking at the sky of people playing... Motor Parachuting i guess.. loL~

There! The quality is pretty bad but that's all I have that time.

Oh, and I never fail to go to the beach every weekend after I came down from the plantation to Miri. Anyway, it's just so happened that this morning I woke up around 4 am. Looking at the time on my Ipod, 30th December, just like a pop corn that pop out of no where.

All I could think of is that, this is the most memorable period and imagine for the whole 3 months. I actually got fatter by 10kg... Lol~ Wad?!?! It's not like I can do anything in the plant. Pros and Cons living in the outskirt where people will have no life at all but in terms of air, you can live longer there.

Well, all I can tell you it's not my way of living there. That's why I choose not to go back there. Experience is the most important when it is a piece of memory that can last eternity.

And that's not all that happened in that summer!

Around 1130pm last night...

It was at the area of Kampung Mambong and Kampung Jambu...

I RAMP! into a pot hole... Instantaneously, I'm driving an unbalance car.. One of my back tire was ramp very hard until it was flat... It was dark and I have a feeling that we overshoot the entrance to Kampung Jambu.. and I was write. Worst come to worst, there's not street lights.. Damn the road..

I was suppose to hook up my spare tire in my boot and I found out that the tire is F**King small! Like a Kereta Sorong's tire. Shit! Luckily, my friends have bigger spare tire to hook on. and it was like the most cacat car ever...

Guess I need a new tire to replace this cacat spare tire... TADA!!

Smart eh! Supposedly just change to Michelin's tyre, dad told me it was bloody expensive.. Oh well, just got Dunlop instead.

Damn, Michelin is bloody fat! lol~ After washing my car this afternoon, I saw another dent on my right side front tire! Yiks! The shop are close now. FML! I'm gonna spend unexpected emergency budget again.. Hope everything will be find tomorrow when I drive to work...

It was nostalgic to realize that this is the formula that get me from nothing to something in Mathematics. Thanks to Mr Lim (林）, though I can't recall his last two Chinese name, he has been great in teaching this subjects. Physically, it was lots of pain on my hand after I got "rotan" for scoring 20/40 for objective questions that time. Guess what? Not only 1 "rotan" but 20 times because I got 20 questions mistakes.

From then on, it was a hell lots of pain. Mentally, all of our class are always prepared whenever Mr Lim came in to the class. No one dare to speak nor talk to each other even though my friend is sitting just beside me. The method of learning was drastically intensive and to top that, the students in our class all score A in our Primary 6 Examination.

*Sniff*Sniff*... that was history...

My flu just got started... I'm gonna have a rest for now...

Previous post was obviously... abstract. Straight to my point. The busiest time since... *Thinking*... June. After my friend's wedding beginning of June, came back to work and still, working. Though only take couple of leaves, I'm still working. Judging from the economy now, all the the business out are slowly blooming. The electronics market on the other hand, slowly pushing through into the market once again.

Overall, it's a drastic measurement to hire back new employees especially ramping up in business. What can we expect from all of this? New economy development? New Strategies? Organizational restructuring? or even new competencies require in order to catch up with the quality they need in every company. Quality wise. Like they've said, no matter how much quantity you have produce for your product, e.g. Dutch lady milk, at the end of the day, it's all about quality that serves the whole purpose. Communication is one of the most criteria listed in making the whole quality investment these employers have put into it. The top management are making things difference or should i say, making changes in order to reduce the liabilities and increase as much revenue as possible. Intensive location are observe mainly in Asia Market now.

Enough babbling about the market. Well, you can guess what will happened to people like me having. Sleepless night, stress increase, nonstop workloads, etc. you name it. The most important piece of information to tackle the situation above is, actually back to basic. Planning... That's the goal.

Seriously, I've been loosing focus after having those clumsy symptoms. At least couple of motivational talks getting my nerve up sometimes. After that, POOF! It all gone overnight. Pulling yourself up is hard, and the hardest, gain back the importance of putting everything into the picture again. Long term would be wise.

Guess not only me who are facing all these troubles after all. Anyway, Old Town White Coffee finally step foot in Kuching, again, finally.

At least i have alternative food to go for instead of going for McD everytime in the Air Port. Hor Fun ah Hor Fun, when will i have the chance to taste you. I will have the chance... Wait for me ooo...

In case you are wondering, this year Christmas starts tonight. Am bringing my parents out for A Christmas Carol 3D Movie viewing. Hope they like it, i mean it's in 3D. They will have the sense of 3D after tonight.

Finally! After 46 years of the establishment of Malaysian Federation, marking the consolidation of Malaya, North Borneo, Sarawak and Singapore to form Malaysia (Singapore later pull out and gain independent on August 9, 1965), Malaysia finally declare that on 16 of September as National Public Holiday.

I was wondering myself why were the decision only be made after the 6th Prime Minister took over and govern our country. All these while, we are celebrating the Independent of Malaya for more than half a century, 52 years to be precise. We as Sarawakian only got recognition after 46 years of Independent of Malaysia.. The 1 Malaysia Plan by the 6th Prime Minister indeed created the awareness and gain recognition of us getting our Public Holiday next year.

Is this really a great Gift of the day?? Let me rephrase, This is Indeed a great GIFT of the Century..

Speaking of blood test, I was madly integrated my so called "Hives" which I had it like two weeks ago. I stop taking anything to do with eggs and dairy products. It was excruciating not to have those during breakfast and I was going insane about it.

Prompting for help from the company's in-house medical doctor, I was advice to issue my blood to the Normah Medical Hospital for the comprehensive blood test. Results will be release in 10 days. That's what the doctor said.

Well, till today, I couldn't make up my mind whether to go or not. By this morning, it triggers me that whatever it takes, it's for my own good for health. Probably Monday, first thing in the morning, I'll report to the doctor. We'll see how comprehensive and detail the report could be.

The weird thing about me having hives is challenging myself to counter my own immune system to the max. I'm not sure whether that's the right thing to do but as long as it don't bring any harm to me. Pop an allergic pills and there it goes, recover as it is. Side effect, don't dare to think about it.

To bring on the more challenging part, I force myself to take two eggs mixed with waffer and biscuits. 8 hours later, I'm perfectly fine as my body doesn't show any reaction from any allergic reaction.

Why???

Anyone can tell me why???

Is it because of the fall this morning? By the way, I had a bad fall on the slippery floor this morning. As careless as I am, the bruises knee forces me to stay home whole day reading "The Lost Symbol" and update my resume.

Anyway, I'm not suggesting that my hives is totally gone but, in any case, it something might have trigger to stop the reaction and push towards the forbidden elements in my body. That won't help in solving any crimes.

I'm just too frantic because I don't have the bit of idea what's going on now.

Last month was a heck of month to have allergic... Yes.. Hives.. I still have..

I have done some simulation on my own body..

Apparently, I think I might be allergic to egg and dairy product...

Reason?? I'm not sure at the moment.

Should it be my immune system degraded?

Should it be something to do with my blood?

Or should it be that I really will start allergic to egg and dairy products?

Still in vain. I need to do blood checking next weekend. Hopefully I'll get some information before getting myself poke by needle...

What do you think?

Back to reality! One year back, which is October, I was having a hard time bouncing up and down my working schedule - 24/7 and my own chill out time. Hope I would plan ahead from now though... It's going to be a tough week ahead..

It's drizzling now here... I'm going to say that it would be nice to sleep at this moment but my head are still killing brain cells while regenerating new ones. This little guy seems to be forever energetic.

New series and New Movies... This is what I am doing for now =)

Yes. I have Hives.

Define Hives in medical terms: An itchy skin eruption characterized by weals with pale interiors and well-defined red margins, in which usually cause by Allergic or some sort.

The problem here is allergic to what? I have no answer at the moment.

It was Friday night, after releasing myself from the utterly traumatize workload, I had my dinner at home.

Contains of my dinner that night: Chicken cook with mushroom and black type fungus (ear type mushroom) and carrot in black soy sauce with Long beans saute with eggs.

Potential causes of Allergic: Eggs, Mushroom, the ear type fungi mushroom, or even the chicken... or carrot..

I'm not sure about the cause. After 2 nights of forgetfulness and itchy nights, I plan to have cure this itchiness today. After seeking the doctor advice, it can be from any food that i ate that night.. Two allergic pills and an itchy pill.

It seems to work pretty much with pills unless I opt for injection (which in any circumstances I would totally avoid it). Its Sunday, I'm not working. Pills should do the trick.

It's a whole weekend of scratching here and there. Not to mention, once Hives come, it won't be one part of your body only, it will be from head to toe. My situation was after i touch the water (after bath) and sweating (from gym), I start to see the severe reaction.

Yiks... That's the worst thing about having a sensitive skin and stomach.

Not to mention, this is a roller coaster year I've found out 3 things about myself since I started to say "Ku Ku Ka Ka"...

Do you feel that your parents kept something from you when somehow, you reach certain ages and things, i mean in my case, physically you feel that they owe answers to whatever you find it distinct from other people?

What do you have and other people don't have?
